The XGT-1000/1700WR is a micro-spot XRF analyser which is specifically configured for fast and reliable RoHS screening and analysis of your most challenging samples.
- Easy sample positioning using coaxial camera
- One button analysis
- 1.2 mm or 3.0 mm diameter spot size for excellent detection limits in reasonable analysis time
- X-ray capillary optics for high x-ray flux and short measurement times
- Quick quantitative analysis of all restricted elements: Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr and Br
The system is capable of:
- Providing an image of the sample being measured
- Focusing on small parts within a complex sample such as populated PCB
- Providing light element performance (down to Na) without a vacuum in the chamber
- Measure RoHS elements in polymer samples with single digit detection limits
- Measure solder samples for both RoHS elements an important non-RoHS elements such as: Sn, Cu, Ag, Bi, Ni, Fe …
Note: The XGT-1000WR is distributed in the Americas only – for information in other territories click here

The XGT-5000/5700 X-ray Analytical Microscope provides all the analytical capability in the XGT-1000/1700WR with the addition of imaging capability. The XGT-5000/5700 can be supplied with a spot size as small as 0.010 mm and has the ability to map an area as large as 10 cm square. With the X-ray images generated by the XGT-5000, it is possible to determine the location of the RoHS elements within a sample. In addition, the x-ray transmission image provides information regarding the mechanical integrity of the sample being analyzed.
