As part of our commitment to customer support Oxford Instruments offers a programme of System User and Maintenance, and Process Training Courses to help train customers.
Working with Oxford Instruments trained laboratory technicians, engineers, and process specialists, customers learn how to optimise the performance of their Oxford Instruments system.
The courses we provide should ensure the following benefits:
- Optimised system operation
- Increased productivity
- Reduce down time to a minimum
- Reduced service costs
Courses include classroom and ‘hands-on’ sessions, with Oxford Instruments’ qualified engineers, plus maintenance manuals, CDs and instructional videos. Courses take place at OIPT’s Bristol, UK site, but specific process training can be organised at customer sites. ALD and HVPE courses can be tailored to customer requirements.
