Omniprobe provides word-class accessories that enable "nano-lab" capabilities for electron and ion beam microscopes. Products include innovative nanomanipulation products for sample preparation and electrical/mechanical testing, as well as gas injector systems.
Incorporated in 1999, Omniprobe has leveraged its vision of "time-saving tools designed by expert users" to become the number one volume seller of in-situ chamber-mounted manipulation tools for TEM sample preparation. The products service all sectors of the science community, including the nanotechnology, biology and semiconductor industries.
The company was acquired by Oxford Instruments NanoAnalysis in 2011.
