The AutoProbe is a port-mounted solution driven through a PC interface.  It's always there when you need it -  and out of the way when you don’t. Omniprobe Autoprobe300 NanomanipulatorThe AutoProbe 200 is Omniprobe's most popular nanomanipulator system. It is a PC-controlled, closed loop multi-purpose nanopositioning system capable of in situ lift-out, electrical measurements, nanomechanical testing and charge neutralization in the FIB or SEM.

Omniprobe Autoprobe300 NanomanipulatorOur 8th generation nanomanipulator, the AutoProbe 300 is the ultimate port-based solution for efficient work and reduced contamination. 

Building upon the industry-leading technology in the AutoProbe 200, the AutoProbe 300 adds the capability of semi-automated in-situ tip change. Tips are acquired or deposited from a cassette mounted within the microscope chamber to the side of the holder.  Sample manipulation is streamlined and chamber cleanliness is promoted by reducing the amount of chamber venting.

The AutoProbe 300 also provides a safe "resting point" feature that stores lift-out samples prior to the grid attach step - much valued by multi-user labs. For weld-free grid attach or sample manipulation for backside milling and atom probe preparation, the cassette conveniently interfaces directly with Omniprobe's Short-Cut™ tool.
