Miscellaneous EBSD Applications
One of the strengths of the EBSD technique is the wide range of applications in which it can be used. These include phase identification, serial sectioning (using FIB instruments), forescatter imaging and so on. A few examples are given in the application notes (right), but contact us here at HKL Technology if you have questions about other possible EBSD applications.
