For nanostructure characterisation

Oxford Instruments NanoScience provides equipment which provides research scientists the ability to control the sample environment, allowing the exploration of the fundamental properties of nanomaterials, nanostructures and nanodevices. Our equipment is used in a wide range of applications, for example to investigate the properties of surfaces with atomic resolution and to characterise quantum dot structures used as prototype cubit devices.  The choice of products will depend on the base temperature and application requirements.
