Responsibilities

To install and provide ongoing maintenance of equipment. Train customer which involves educating on analytical principles, techniques, and operation of purchased equipment. Provide customer support by solving customer application and technical problems that may arise after purchase.  Establish and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence by appropriate actions and attitude acting as an advocate for the customer. Travel to service customers throughout the US.  Up to 80% overnight travel.

Technical Skills

Three to six years of experience.  Good electronic, vacuum and PC/PLC experience.  Degree/AS/HNC or equivalent in an appropriate engineering discipline.  Knowledge of Ion Beam processes.

Personal Skills

Must have logical fault finding skills, effecive relationship skills.  Must be able to work on own initiative, clear and concise communicator, able to prioritize multiple tasks, ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.  Must be prepared to travel.
