Responsibilities

To take a lead role in the introduction of new products into production and to offer technical support in solving production related issues

Technical Skills

Degree/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.Substantial experience of the application of manufacturing principles, design for manufacture and new product introduction in a complex electro–mechanical systems environment.Recent experience of generating manufacturing documentation in support of detailed manufacture, assembly and test activities, e.g. engineering change, working knowledge of BOM structures, work instructions and test procedures.

Personal Skills

Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the company. Results driven and pro-active. Demonstrates a mature and effective approach to implement improvement.This is a very diverse and hands on role
