Standard Features
- INCAx-sight Patented conditioning circuit, that removes crystal contamination ensuring optimum performance at all the times
- Guaranteed resolution on your microscope and at a more realistic count rate of 4,000cps
- INCAx-sight Patented shutter for protecting against electron flux in the TEM. Does not require any detector retraction which can affect high resolution imaging.
- All our Si(Li) detectors are provided with a resolution and count rate performance specification in line with ISO Standard 15632:2002
- INCADryCool Patented pulse tube cooler that cools the Si(Li) sensor package directly.
