X-MET3000TXV+ Handheld XRF analyzer with Light Element capability

X-MET3000TXV+ fro measurement of aluminium and titanum alloys

X-MET3000TXV+ Handheld XRF analyzer with vacuum pump feature

The X-MET3000TXV+  with light element capability now measures all of the elements in aluminum and titanium alloys that were previously not detected by portable XRF instruments.  The vacuum assisted analysis mode is further enhanced by the addition of a high resolution PentaPIN™ detector for improved light element resolution and count rates.

With traditional portable XRF analysers, Al and Ti alloy identification is based on the analysis of the heavy elements because magnesium, aluminum and silicon produce low energy x-rays that are absorbed by air.  The portable vacuum pump of the X-MET3000TXV+ evacuates the analysis path of air, making the measurement of these elements possible.  With one pull of the trigger, the X-MET3000TXV+ delivers faster than ever color-coded alloy identification and assay analysis.

With one pull of the trigger, the X-MET3000TXV+ delivers faster than ever color-coded alloy identification and assay analysis.

A tool for sorting and analyzing light metals :

• Accuracy, speed and precision
• The new PentaPIN™ detector speeds scrap sorting
• Identification mode determines the Grade in 2-5 seconds
• Accurate analysis of valuable elements (e.g. Ni, Cu and Mo) in 5 – 10 seconds
• Accurate analysis of tramp elements in 10-15 seconds
• Quantitative analysis of light elements (Mg, Al, Si) in 60 sec.

Rugged, reliable and durable tool

The X-MET3000TXV+ withstands demanding weather conditions and rough treatment. It can be operated from -15°C to +50°C and has a proven track record for reliability and endurance

As easy as 1-2-3 - Just point, shoot and sort

• Analyze large or small, samples, solids or chips, turnings or shavings, - even plastics
• Sizes and forms of the samples may vary extensively
• The X-MET3000TXV+ compensates for distance and shape of the sample
• The user friendly software shortens the learning curve
• Analysis results can be color coded for very easy interpretation e.x. of the grade or of the presence of harmful tramp elements
• Software supports multiple languages including Chinese, Russian, German, French
• Extensive and open alloy library enables addition of new elements and creation of a unique library

Four modes of operation

• The Empirical assay calibration
• Fundamental Parameters (FP) calibration
• Direct spectral identification
• PASS/FAIL mode

• 5 year X-ray tube warranty (excluding battery) and 2 year instrument warranty
