Instruments Demonstrations

Oxford Instruments Asylum Research will be demonstrating Scanning Microwave Impedance Microscopy (sMIM) on the Cypher, the highest resolution fast scanning AFM. Cypher will be equipped with ScanWave™sMIM capabilities from PrimeNano Inc. ScanWave provides highly sensitive nanoscale visualization of conductivity, permittivity, and doping concentration with better than 50 nm resolution. Please email us at If you wish to bring your own sample to run, be sure to include as many details as possible about your sample and your availability so that we can work you into our schedule.

Have a drink on us at the French SPM meeting next week. Julien Lopez and Raphael Barbattini. Email julien.lopez@oxi…
