OiService CT & MR Receives Korean FDA Approval for Refurbished GE CT & MR Equipment

Deerfield Beach, FL - OiService CT & MR, a service division of Oxford Instruments that specializes in providing after-market GE CT & MR scanners, today announced that it has received approval from the Korean Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) to import and market its refurbished GE CT & MR equipment, and parts to South Korea.

The much anticipated news to receive approval from the KFDA marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy, by expanding its current market share with its approved portfolio of after-market medical devices and services.  "Receiving certification from the KFDA is an important achievement for our company, as it provides us with a secure gateway to introduce our high-quality refurbished equipment throughout the region," said Robert Costa, Director of Global Sales at OiService CT & MR.  Joining OiService CT & MR, is Steve Hong, CEO & Owner of GMR Co., a local distributor that holds an exclusive agreement to support the company with these efforts in South Korea.

In addition, the renowned certification serves as a validation of the company's commitment to maintaining a strict quality management system that adheres to multiple international standards, ranging from The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to Korean Good Manufacturing Practices (KGMP) - ensuring customers excellence and assurance through quality processes that make the development and supply of products more efficient, cleaner and safer.
